Malibu Rum & Coconut Cake

Tropical, light, and beautifully aromatic - our Malibu Rum & Coconut Cake is a sunshine-inspired slice designed for coconut lovers.

It begins with a fluffy vanilla chiffon sponge, delicately brushed with Malibu rum syrup to add a subtle tropical warmth.

Between the layers, we spread a luxurious cream made from fresh cream, mascarpone, and cream cheese, blended with desiccated coconut for a smooth and airy texture.

The result is a cake that is light, fragrant, and perfectly balanced, with a gentle hint of Malibu rum and plenty of coconut flavour.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, fresh cream, cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, Malibu rum, coconut, butter.
